South of Manacor,the beautiful Villa Cas Pobleris situated in a wonderful location with sea view and can accommodate 6 adults and 4 children (+ baby). The cosy stone house with rustic charm has a living-dining room, a very well equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms (3 double bedrooms and one bedroom with 2 bunk beds for 2 people each), 2 bathrooms and a half bath. On the ground floor there are 2 double bedrooms and the bedroom with bunk beds (without windows), one bathroom and a laundry room. On the upper floor you will find a large double bedroom with an en suite bathroom, the kitchen, the living area with comfortable sofas and a half-bath. Amenities also include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, cable TV, a baby bed and a high chair. The highlight of the accommodation is the large number of furnished terraces with a barbecue area, which invite you to dine outdoors and enjoy a glass of wine in the evening. From here and by the pool area (with jacuzzi) you can enjoy a fantastic view of the sea and nature. Surrounded by a well-kept garden and Mallorcan flair, you can relax and unwind. A large selection of shops, restaurants, bars and cafés can be reached within 11 km in Manacor and the nearest beach, Cala Magraner, is 5 km or a 15-minute drive away.

Summary: Pros: Das Haus ist wirklich exklusiv und wunderschön und der Meerblick ist in Realität viel größer und besser, als die Bilder es hergeben. Der Holzkohlegrill ist einfach groß und praktisch und die vielen Terrassen waren von uns viel benutzt. Wer es mag, etwas abgelegener und alleine zu wohnen, wird sich wohl fühlen. Ein Mietauto, bestenfalls SUV sind von Vorteil. Die Hauszufahrt ist steil und nicht geteert und auch zu den naheliegenden Buchten führen nur abenteuerliche Straßenverhältnisse. Ohne Auto geht es in der Villa nicht! Aber mit, ist es der optimale Ausgangspunkt für einen wunderschönen Urlaub. Viel Natur, Ziegen mit Glocken ums Haus, wilde Pfauenpaare die uns auf dem Grundstück besucht haben, Eidechsen an den Terrassenwänden die nachts Insekten jagen. Ich würde die Villa jederzeit wieder buchen! Cons: Der Verwalter, sehr nett, aber spricht nur spanisch und sprichwörtlich KEIN WORT einer anderen Sprache (ENG/DEU/FRA) was Telefonate mit nicht spanisch sprechenden Mietern schwer macht. SMS und E-Mail schaut er nicht, was bestimmt am alter liegt, aber Absprachen im Vorfeld (Ankunft, Fragen usw.) extrem schwierig macht. Auch seltsam ist, dass der Stromverbrauch mit 1€/kwh am ende abgerechnet wird. Strom ist ja nicht nur die Klima, sondern auch die Poolpumpe, Licht usw. was ich so noch nie bei Ferienhäusern hatte.Das W- Lan ist nicht sehr Leistungsstark 3000 - 8000 kbt. schwankend. Kurtaxe muss man auf den Preis auch noch rechnen. Bei uns 4 Pers. Kurtaxe + Strom 80€ für eine Woche.
